The epitome of style and prestige, a box at Royal Ascot is the ultimate private hospitality facility.

Boxes are located on the upper levels of the Grandstand and consist of a private dining room with a large flat screen television, bar area and balcony overlooking the track. Dedicated serving staff look after your guests throughout the day.

A private viewing box provides you with the opportunity to enjoy everything Royal Ascot has to offer including delicious food and fine wines.

12 SEATER SINGLE BOX / LEVEL 2-5 

12 guests silver service luncheon or 18 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with 6 fixed seats.

10 SEATER SINGLE BOX / LEVEL 6

10 guests silver service luncheon or 14 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with no seating.

24 SEATER DOUBLE BOX / LEVEL 2-5 

24 guests silver service luncheon or 36 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with 12 fixed seats.

20 SEATER DOUBLE BOX / LEVEL 6

20 guests silver service luncheon or 28 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with no seating.

30 SEATER TRIPLE BOX / LEVEL 6

30 guests silver service luncheon or 42 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with no seating.

40 SEATER BOX / LEVEL 2-3

Up to 50 guests buffet luncheon. Balcony with fixed seating.

QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE DRESS CODE

Ladies are required to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart occasion. Many wear hats, although this is not obligatory. Gentlemen are required to wear a shirt and tie, preferably with a suit or jacket.

Please note that jeans, shorts, t-shirts and sports attire (including football and rugby shirts, sweatshirts and trainers) are not permitted.

Guests in private boxes at the West End of the Grandstand are required to adhere to the Royal Enclosure Dress Code.
